What is High-Energy Visible Light?
High-Energy Visible (HEV) Light, also known as Blue Light, is a safe form of high-frequency light found in the violet/blue part of the visible light spectrum. It can be found all around us, from computer screens to the Sun. Our SunnySide Lamps utilize HEV to ensure an improved sleeping and waking-up experience.

What are the effects of HEV?
HEV has been proven to have numerous health benefits, such as boosting your mood and regulating your sleep cycle. By waking up to HEV, you will experience a smooth transition from being asleep to being awake.

How can SunnySide Lamps wake me up?
Our SunnySide Lamps are surrounded with a screen made of LED Diodes that emit High-Energy Visible Light. To wake you up, a customizable pulsing light effect will be used along with a sunrise effect to maximize effectiveness.
